📅 Booking & Payment
Use our online enquiry form, WhatsApp us on +44 28 9012 3456, call us, or email info@chauffeurguys.com. We'll confirm availability and send a booking summary within the hour during operating hours (8am–8pm daily).
A deposit is required to confirm your booking (typically 25% of the total). The balance is paid in cash or by card on the day of your tour. For large group bookings, a larger deposit may be required.
We accept cash (GBP), all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and bank transfer for deposits. We do not currently accept cryptocurrency.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour start time — full refund guaranteed. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. If we cancel for any reason outside our control, you'll receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no extra cost.
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during summer (June–August) and cruise season. We can sometimes accommodate same-day bookings — WhatsApp us and we'll do our best.

Yes — 100% private. You will never be joined by strangers. Every tour is exclusively for your group, with a guide dedicated entirely to you. This is the core of what we do and why guests choose us over bus tours.
Yes. We collect from any hotel, guesthouse or agreed location in Belfast city centre. For cruise ship passengers, we collect from Belfast Port. Please provide your hotel name or address when booking.
Absolutely. All our tours are fully flexible. If you want to spend longer at a particular mural, skip a stop, add a café break, or extend into new areas — just tell your guide. Bespoke tours built entirely around your interests are also available.
Pricing is available on request. Please contact us directly and we'll provide a quote tailored to your group size and requirements.
All tours are conducted in English. For large groups requiring an alternative language, we can occasionally arrange an English-speaking guide to work alongside a translator — please enquire in advance.
♿ Accessibility
Most of our Belfast city tours are accessible by vehicle with minimal walking. The Giant's Causeway involves uneven basalt rocks — the visitor centre is fully accessible but reaching the columns themselves requires some walking. Please tell us about your needs when booking and we'll plan accordingly.
Please let us know in advance. Folding wheelchairs can be accommodated in most of our vehicles. For larger powered wheelchairs or scooters, we may need to arrange a specific vehicle — get in touch and we'll find a solution.
Yes. Our guides are experienced with families and adapt content for all ages. The Political Tour is recommended for children aged 10+. All our tours are suitable for all ages. Child seats are available on request.
🌦 Practical Information
Yes — Belfast weather is famously variable, and our tours run rain or shine. The Political Mural Tour is mostly done from the vehicle with stops at key sites. For the Causeway and coastal tours, we recommend good waterproof clothing. We only cancel in severe weather that makes travel genuinely unsafe.
Comfortable walking shoes and layers. Northern Ireland weather can change rapidly. For the Causeway, the basalt columns can be slippery — sturdy footwear is strongly recommended. A light waterproof jacket is always a good idea.
The tour price covers your private vehicle and guide. Entrance fees for attractions such as the Giant's Causeway and Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge are paid separately on the day. Your guide will advise on current entry prices.
Photography is actively encouraged at all stops. Your guide will help identify the best angles and spots. Drone photography requires Civil Aviation Authority approval and is not covered by our tours.
Yes — Chauffeur Guys gift vouchers make a wonderful present. Vouchers can be purchased for any tour or for a set monetary value. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Contact us to order.
